Sometimes buyers need to use 2 different bank accounts to pay their earnest money. You can send separate payment requests for each amount, to the person that will be submitting the money.
If multiple buyers are trying to split up the payment, you can send each person a payment request, to their email, with their amount on it.
Please keep in mind that you want to leave the buyer's name the same, that should match the PA/contract. Change the email to the person that is paying, so that they have access to the payment form. When the person is filling out the payment form, there is a place for them to enter the name on the bank account. That will have to match their bank account, it does not have to match the buyer's name.
When a payment is submitted, the buyer is charged a convenience fee, if multiple payments are made on the same property, they will all incur the fee.
