Buyer - Error Message

If you received an error message when submitting your payment, letting you know there was an issue and that TrustFunds staff will work to resolve it, you do not need to contact us. We will make sure that your payment only gets processed once and you will receive an email confirmation once it is submitted. If there are any other issues or we do need you to submit it again, we will reach out to you or your real estate agent.
