Your real estate agent will set up your earnest money request in the MLS thru TrustFunds and we will send you an email with access to your secure payment form.
Confirm the information and click Submit Earnest Money Payment, to enter your account information. We use ACH to process payments, so you will use your normal routing number.
After you submit, you will be able to request a full payment receipt, which we will email you when your payment is cleared.
