DTAH - Broker - Closing Company - Can a refund be processed via TrustFunds?

September 25, 2020 14:53

Yes. TrustFunds is a full-service payment system! Our service allows buyers to make earnest money deposits, and also allows a DTAH to refund the money electronically, right back to the buyer. The refund will have all of the same tracking and notification benefits, as the incoming payment.
