Voiding a payment is simple and quick! Please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your TrustFunds Member account and click on the "Transactions" tab on the top of the page.
2. Locate the payment and click on the blue "Void" link on the right of the transaction line.
3. Confirm the information, add a note for the reason and click "Void Payment"
The earnest money payment will be cancelled and the buyer's agent can send a new payment request if needed.
If the payment is "Submitted" and the Void button is not showing, the payment is already processing.
You will have until 5pm on the day the payments are submitted, to Void and stop them from processing.
