The MLS and the DTAH must be members of TrustFunds. The DTAH is the company that will be holding the earnest money on the transaction, whether that is the listing or selling broker, a title company or law firm.
TrustFunds DTAH Membership is not required, for companies that do not hold earnest money in their own trust account. If you would like to follow your Agent's TrustFunds payments, a free TrustFunds Tracker account is available, just reach out!
All agents in the MLS can send a TrustFunds payment request to their buyer as long as the company that will be receiving the funds have an account with TrustFunds.
