When your buyer submits their payment thru TrustFunds, we ask them to set a PIN number, in order to have the payment receipt access sent directly to them. If they do that, we will send the buyer an email the day the payment settles, with a link to download the full payment history.
If they have any issues with access, or did not set a PIN, we ask them to please reach out to their real estate agent. You have access to their full Payment History inside your TrustFunds Agent account.
Please log in to your MLS and use the TrustFunds link on the home page to access your Agent account.
Click on the Transactions tab to find the payment and then "View History" on the far right of the transaction.
Please use the Send Access button and choose Buyer. You will be able to set a new 4 digit pin, which will send your buyer an email, with access to download the payment history. This report shows all of the necessary information to prove the payment has been made, and can be saved and uploaded to their lender file.
